Rate your experience in Bloomz
After you finish something real in Bloomz — sending a message, publishing a post, booking a conference — you may see a small card asking how it went. It is quick, optional, and never blocks what you were doing.
Before you start
The card only appears after a genuine action, not on every screen, and Bloomz shows it to any one person only a handful of times ever — it is not a recurring nag. You might see it after sending a message, publishing a post, completing a check-in, booking a conference or making a payment — moments where you've just finished something and are likely to have an honest, fresh opinion about how it went.
Step 1 — See the card appear
Once your action completes, a small card slides in near the bottom of the screen with a short question, such as "How's the new Bloomz working for you?", and a 1–5 star scale.

Step 2 — Give a star rating
Tap a star from 1 to 5. A high rating shows a short thank-you and asks what's working well; a low rating asks what would make it better.

Step 3 — Add a comment (optional)
Type anything you'd like in the comment field, and optionally tick It's OK to contact me about this if you would be open to someone following up. Leaving both blank and closing the card is fine — your star rating alone is still recorded.

Step 4 — Dismiss or snooze it
If you'd rather not answer right now, select Not now to dismiss it for a while, or — the first time you're ever asked — select Don't ask again to opt out for good.

Watch out: Don't ask again is only offered the very first time the card appears. After that, Not now is the only way to skip a given ask.
What happens to your answer
Your star rating and any comment go to your school and district admins as part of their satisfaction reporting. Your name and email are shown to them only if you ticked the contact-me checkbox yourself — otherwise your feedback is unattributed. The card never appears mid-task and never blocks navigation — you can always dismiss it and get straight back to what you were doing, and nothing you're doing in Bloomz is held up by it either way.
