A class is missing from my account

If a class you expect is not in your list, the cause is nearly always on the school's side rather than in your settings — which is good news, because it means there is a specific person who can fix it.
What it usually means
- You have not been added to that class yet. The most common cause by far.
- You were added under a different address. If the school has an older email or phone number for you, the class is attached to that one.
- The class has not been created yet, or has not been made visible to families.
- Your child was moved. A change of class does not always follow instantly.
What to do
- Check you are signed in as yourself, on the address the school knows you by.
- Look under the right child — classes are listed under each child's name, so a class can look missing when it is simply under a sibling.
- Ask the teacher or school office to confirm you are on the class list for that class.
Why support cannot add you
Bloomz support cannot add anyone to a class. Class membership is controlled by the school, and that is deliberate — it is what stops people from joining a class their child is not in. The school can add you in a moment.
