Complete your daily SEL check-in
A quick daily check-in lets you tell your teacher how you're feeling — five faces, an optional word or two, and an optional note. It takes about 10 seconds, and it helps your teacher know who might need a check-in during the day.
Before you start
You can only submit one check-in per day. If your class hasn't turned on daily check-ins yet, or your teacher hasn't asked the class to check in, you won't see this prompt.
How to check in
Look for the check-in card on your Your Awards tab — its title is either "How are you feeling today?" or, when your teacher has just asked the class to check in, "Your teacher asked everyone to check in." Open it, then select the face that best matches how you're feeling right now.
If you want to say more, add an emotion word or two, and an optional note — only staff can see the note. There's also a talk to an adult toggle: turn it on if you'd like someone to check in with you directly, separate from the face you picked.
Select Submit to send your check-in. It's saved to My Check-Ins so you can look back on how you've been feeling, and the card won't ask again until tomorrow.
