Fill out and submit a form

When your school sends a form — a permission slip, a survey, a supply request — you fill it in and submit right from the app.

Before you start

You can fill out a form the moment it appears in your feed or a notification arrives about it. Some fields are marked required.

Answer and submit

Open the form from your feed, or from the notification that told you it arrived. Work through each question — type text, pick an option, choose a date, or attach a file — then select Submit. Bloomz forms don't have a separate "save for later" step, so plan to finish in one sitting rather than counting on your answers still being there if you leave partway through.

Watch out: submitting is final — you can't reopen a submitted form to change an answer. If you notice a mistake right after submitting, message the teacher or office directly rather than trying to resubmit.
