Get notified when a form is answered

You don't have to keep checking a form's Responses screen to see if anyone has answered — Bloomz notifies the form's creator automatically every time a new family submits.

Before you start

There is no per-form switch to find or turn on. Notifying you when someone responds is automatic behavior for the person who created the form — it happens by default, for every form you send.

How it works

Each time a family submits a response, Bloomz sends the form's creator a notification naming the form and who answered. Whether that arrives as a push notification, an email, or both — and whether it's held back during your quiet hours — follows your own general notification preferences, the same settings that control every other kind of Bloomz notification you get.

Watch out: because this is automatic and per-submission, sending a form to a large class can mean a burst of notifications right after families start answering. You can't turn form-response alerts off on their own, but you can adjust email vs. push, or set quiet hours, from your notification settings.
