You paid for Premium but don't have it yet

You paid, the money left your account, and Bloomz still shows the free plan. This is almost always one of four things, and none of them means you have lost the money.
Check these in order
- Are you signed in to the account you paid with? If you have more than one Bloomz login — a personal address and a school one, say — the subscription is attached to whichever you were signed in as at the time. Sign out and back in with the address on the receipt.
- Did the payment complete? A card that needed extra verification can leave a pending charge that never settles. A pending amount on your statement is not the same as a completed payment; it usually disappears after a few days.
- Was it bought through the App Store or Google Play? Store purchases can take longer to reach us, and they attach to the store account. If your Bloomz login and your store account are different people — a shared family device, for instance — the subscription lands on the wrong one.
- Have you restarted the app since paying? Close it completely and reopen. On the web, sign out and back in. The plan is read when you sign in.
Still not showing
Contact support with the receipt — the order number, the date, the amount, and the address it was sent to. That is enough to find the payment and attach it to the right account. Do not buy it a second time; a duplicate purchase creates a second subscription and a refund to unpick.
