Turn on two-step verification
Two-step verification — a code sent to your phone or email whenever Bloomz doesn't recognize the device you're signing in from — is real, but it isn't something you turn on yourself from your Account settings. There is no Security section, no toggle, and no setup screen anywhere in Bloomz for it.
What actually controls it
Whether you're asked for a code at sign-in is decided by your school, not by a setting on your own account. If your school has it turned on, Bloomz shows the code prompt automatically the moment you sign in from a device it doesn't recognize — right after your password, before you reach your feed. There is nothing to switch on in advance, and no personal on/off setting hiding elsewhere in Account.
What the prompt looks like when it does appear
You'll see a short dialog asking for a 6-digit code, sent to whichever destination your school's setup uses (typically your email or phone on file). If more than one destination is available, you can pick which one to use before the code is sent, and resend a fresh code if the first one expires. Type the 6 digits and confirm to finish signing in.
If you can't get the code
If you no longer have access to the phone number or inbox the code goes to, don't keep
guessing — repeated wrong attempts can lock the account for a while. Contact
support@bloomz.com so support can verify it's really you.
