How do I invite parents and students to my class?

A parent says they can't see my class or my posts — what do I check first?

Check whether they were actually ever invited, and whether their invitation is still pending versus accepted — a pending invite means they haven't joined yet, not that something is broken. Question 3

I don't see a feature I expect — like Hall Pass or Thrive. Why not?

Most Bloomz features are turned on or off per school, not per teacher — if a module is off for your school, it disappears from navigation for every teacher there, not just you. Ask your school admin to check Settings → Features ; see Turn features on or off for a school for exactly where that toggle lives.

How do I attach photos or files to a post?

Add them from the post composer before you send — a post can carry photos, files and a voice note together. See Attach photos, files and a voice note to a post for the exact steps.

Can I choose exactly who a post goes to?

Yes — you can target specific classes, roles, or individual people rather than sending to everyone in a class by default. See Pick exactly who gets a post (classes, roles, individuals) for how the recipient picker works.

How do I set up conference sign-ups or a volunteer sign-up sheet?

Conference sign-ups and volunteer sign-ups are two different tools: conference slots are timed one-on-one bookings, while a volunteer sign-up sheet is for shifts or tasks with limited spots. See Publish conference slots for families to book and Create a volunteer sign-up sheet for each.

How do I award PBIS or behavior points to a student?
